Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 20 and 50 years old; 2) Patients scheduled for laparoscopic myomectomy or ovarian cystectomy; 3) Normal preoperative liver and kidney function, as well as heart and lung function; 4) Surgery duration within 1~3 hours, anesthesia duration within 1.5~3.5 hours (for surgeries performed by deputy chief physician or above); 5) Willing to sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cachexia in the advanced stage of malignant tumors; (2) Mechanical abdominal distension; (3) Patients who are allergic to treatment drugs; (4) Pregnant or lactating patients; (5) Those with severe digestive tract diseases and central system diseases, vestibular disordered vomiting and neurosis; (6) Patients with diabetic disease.
