Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for KOA and the criteria for the TCM syndrome of cold-damp arthralgia; Aged 50-75 years, gender; Knee Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score =4 points; Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Previous knee joint replacement surgery. Severe heart and lung diseases or other serious illnesses, or those with mental disorders. Knee skin with breaks or prone to allergies. Knee pain caused by other underlying conditions (e.g., loose bodies in the joint, autoimmune diseases, trauma, fractures, gout, lumbosacral spine diseases, etc.). Currently participating in other clinical trials.
