Control Group:Standard Western medical treatment, including glucocorticoids/human immunoglobulin/immunosuppressants.
Experimental Group:Standard Western medical treatment combined with a blood-platelet-elevating formula.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets thediagnosis criteria for ITP; (2) General condition is acceptable, with a KPS score =60; (3) Able to eat normally and no allergy to the drugs related to this study; (4) Voluntarily participates in this study, signs the informed consent, has good compliance, and can be followed up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Lactating women, pregnant individuals, and patients with mental illness; (2) Those with severe cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, or other significant organ impairments; (3) Individuals with coagulation disorders or a recent history of thrombosis; (4) Those who have received blood transfusions or used platelet-generating drugs within the past 3 months; (5) Patients with allergic constitutions or known allergies to medications.
