Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years;2) Include outpatient and inpatient patients whose diagnoses during the study period include the keywords "hyperuricemia," "gout," or "gouty arthritis."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those unable to obtain complete clinical data required for the study;2)Secondary gout;3)Patients with moderate to severe liver and kidney dysfunction;4)Patients with related diseases such as infections, tuberculosis, or tumors;5)Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
