Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Diagnosed with multiple myeloma, fulfilling the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) diagnostic criteria. b.Scheduled to receive a bortezomib-containing regimen for at least 2 cycles. c. Absence of clinically significant peripheral neuropathy at enrollment (NCI CTCAE v6.0 grade 0). d. Aged between 18 and 80 years, regardless of gender, with an estimated life expectancy of = 6 months. e.Meet the above criteria, voluntarily agree to participate in the study protocol, and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Presence of severe cognitive impairment that hinders communication or accurate self-assessment. b.Presence of peripheral neuropathy attributable to other causes(e.g.,nutritional deficiencies,alcoholism,severe diabetes mellitus). c. Comorbid with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular,cerebrovascular,hepatic,renal,or hematopoietic systems. d. Pregnant or lactating women. e. History of other concurrent malignant tumors. f. Contraindications to electroacupuncture (e.g.,local skin infection at needling sites,presence of a cardiac pacemaker). g. Platelets <50×10^9/L, white blood cells <3.0×10^9/L before treatment. h.Individuals with needle phobia
