Interventions

Taichi Group:3 days a week of Tai Chi training + 2 days of regular rehabilitation training, 1 hour per day
Control Group:Five regular rehabilitation sessions per week, 1 hour each day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) First-time unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke (within 6 months of onset), confirmed by CT/MRI; 2) Brunnstrom stage III-IV (partial dissociative movement to partial voluntary movement); 3) Berg Balance Scale (BBS) score =30 and =45, able to stand independently for =30 seconds; 4) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) =24, able to understand and cooperate with instructions; 5) Signed informed consent, voluntarily participating in the study and completing the entire intervention; 6) Aged 18-90 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other serious diseases and contraindications for TMS/fNIRS (such as skull defects, history of epilepsy, skin inflammation); 2) Unable to tolerate exercise training; 3) Recently (within the past 3 months) participated in other clinical trials or received neuroregulation treatments;
