Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: -Meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke and be confirmed by imaging examination -First-ever stroke onset, with a course of disease less than 3 months -Present with unilateral limb dysfunction, Brunnstrom stage II–IV for the affected lower limb -Clear consciousness, no significant cognitive impairment, MMSE score >17, able to cooperate with assessments and treatment -Aged 35–75 years, willing to participate in the experiment, and having signed the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: -Severe organ diseases or unstable conditions requiring intensive monitoring -Comorbidities affecting motor function, such as musculoskeletal disorders, limb amputations, or other relevant diseases -Presence of cardiac pacemakers, cochlear implants, or other metal implants within the body -History of primary or secondary epilepsy, other organic lesions of the nervous system, or psychiatric disorders
