18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged 18 to 70 years, with no restriction on gender; 2: Clinically diagnosed with Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder (DNB) and meeting the diagnostic criteria 3: Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form 4: Having a disease duration of more than 6 months and a stable disease condition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction 2: Contraindications to acupuncture (e.g., coagulation disorders, skin infections, etc.) 3: Current receipt of other treatments that may affect bladder function (e.g., suprapubic cystostomy, intermittent catheterization, etc.) 4: Severe neurological diseases or psychiatric disorders 5: Pregnant or lactating women 6: Inability to cooperate in completing the entire study process
