Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1 (1) Patients with coronary artery stenosis of 40-70% in the lumen diameters of 1-2 main coronary arteries (left anterior descending branch, left circumflex branch, and right coronary artery) as confirmed by coronary angiography; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Patients and their family members willing to undergo follow-up; Part 2 (1) Patients with coronary artery stenosis of 40-70% in the lumen diameters of 1-2 main coronary arteries (left anterior descending branch, left circumflex branch, and right coronary artery) as confirmed by coronary angiography; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Patients and their family members willing to undergo follow-up; (4) Patients who have undergone at least one coronary angiography re-examination during the follow-up period (if multiple re-examinations were conducted, the last one within the study period shall be taken as the standard). Part 3 (1) Patients with coronary artery stenosis of 40-70% in the lumen diameters of 1-2 main coronary arteries (left anterior descending branch, left circumflex branch, and right coronary artery) as confirmed by coronary angiography; (2) Age between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Patients and their family members willing to undergo follow-up; (4) Patients who have undergone at least one coronary angiography re-examination during the follow-up period (if multiple re-examinations were conducted, the last one within the study period shall be taken as the standard); (5) Cases that meet the "reversal" criteria as defined in Part 2 of the study; (6) Patients who have taken traditional Chinese medicine for at least 1 month within the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part One (1) Coronary angiography shows that the left main coronary artery is = 50%; (2) Patients who have previously undergone coronary stent implantation, coronary bypass surgery, or experienced acute myocardial infarction; (3) Patients in a severe state of depletion or with malignant tumors, etc.; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; (5) Patients whose previous medical records indicate that they have refused to have their medical records used for research. Part Two (1) Coronary angiography shows that the left main coronary artery is = 50%; (2) Patients who have previously undergone coronary stent implantation, coronary bypass surgery, or experienced acute myocardial infarction; (3) Patients in a severe state of depletion or with malignant tumors, etc.; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; (5) Patients whose previous medical records indicate that they have refused to have their medical records used for research. Part Three (1) Coronary angiography shows that the left main coronary artery is = 50%; (2) Patients who have previously undergone coronary stent implantation, coronary bypass surgery, or experienced acute myocardial infarction; (3) Patients in a severe state of depletion or with malignant tumors, etc.; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; (5) Patients whose previous medical records indicate that they have refused to have their medical records used for research. (6) The prescription records are incomplete. If a certain prescription for the same patient is lost, only the data of the more significant visits will be excluded.
