Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–79 years, regardless of gender; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure; 3. Able to understand the study content and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in a critically ill state due to heart failure; 2. Patients with other life-threatening comorbidities (e.g., severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the liver or kidneys, malignant tumors, acute cerebral infarction, etc.); 3. Patients with malignant arrhythmias or severe bradycardia; 4. Patients requiring special treatments during the study period that may interfere with the clinical management of heart failure; 5. Patients scheduled to undergo coronary revascularization, cardiac resynchronization therapy, mechanical circulatory support, or heart transplantation; 6. Patients with psychiatric disorders and poor compliance; 7. Patients deemed by the investigator to be unable to complete the study; 8. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
