Non-exposure group:Basic treatment for chronic kidney disease not using the selected agents but with the same stage as the exposure group.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) No gender restrictions, age between 18 and 75 years (inclusive of 18 and 75 years); 2) Treatment or follow-up duration > 3 months; 3) Stable renal function in the 3 months prior to enrollment; 4) The subject provides informed consent and voluntarily signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who suffer from or have concurrent severe cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, or neurological diseases, malignant tumors, active infections, or various infectious diseases; 2) Individuals who have already entered dialysis treatment or undergone renal transplantation at the onset of treatment; 3) Patients receiving glucocorticoid or immunosuppressive therapy; 4) Those undergoing surgery, sustaining trauma, experiencing pregnancy, or suffering from mental disorders.
