Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Sepsis 3.0 (2021); 2. Age > 65 years old; 4. SOFA score is 2-14 points; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The sepsis has been diagnosed clearly for more than 48 hours; 2. Severe primary diseases, including: uncontrolled malignant tumors with multiple metastases that cannot be resected, hematological diseases, and HIV, etc; 3. Those who have been continuously using immunosuppressants for nearly 6 months, or have undergone organ transplantation; 4. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 30 days; 5.APACHEII=30; 6. Known to be allergic to the traditional Chinese medicine components in the study drug.
