Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age = age = 80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine PPPD and traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Be able to cooperate to complete the DHI scale, HAMA scale, and HAMD scale; 4. All patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary psychiatric patients and patients with needle phobia; 2. Individuals with a history of long-term alcohol abuse, substance dependence, suicidal tendencies, or cognitive decline; 3. Exclusion of individuals with severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, or kidneys; 4. Exclusion of central vertigo, vestibular neuritis, Meniere's disease, or dizziness caused by other reasons.
