Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meet the diagnostic criteria for AECOPD as outlined in the GOLD Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease: Global Strategy for Diagnosis, Management, and Prevention of COPD (2025 edition). 2: Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation conforms to the diagnostic criteria for wind-cold invading lung syndrome in the Guidelines for Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2022 edition). 3: Patients have not participated in any other clinical studies within 1 month prior to enrollment in this trial. 4: Age 35-80 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Comorbid with other primary pulmonary diseases such as bronchial asthma, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, or pulmonary fungal infections. 2: Comorbid with severe cardiovascular, urinary, digestive, hematopoietic, endocrine/metabolic system diseases, or other psychiatric/neurological disorders. 3: Pregnancy or lactation. 4: Allergy to the investigational drug in this study 5: Contraindications to glucocorticoid use. 6: Patients requiring endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation. 7: Patients with missing medical records. 8: Patients who have not taken medication on time.
