Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Age: 18 to 75 years old; (3) Conscious and with normal cognitive function, able to cooperate well to complete this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients unsuitable for conservative treatment; (2) Patients with mental disorders or those in pregnancy or lactation; (3) Patients with concurrent conditions such as myocardial infarction, hepatic and renal insufficiency, or other severe diseases of major organs.
