Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinical nurses with N2 or above; (2) Nurses who are willing to participate in the survey research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Nurses with experience in hybrid learning and/or specialized training in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing; (2) Nurses who are participating in other research studies.
