Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). 2. Aged between 3 and 14 years (inclusive of 3 and 14 years old). 3. Score on the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) ranges from 20 to 50 points. 4. The child and their legal guardian fully understand the purpose, methods, potential risks, and benefits of this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form, committing to adhering to the study protocol, including taking medication, attending behavioral therapy sessions, and regular follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with other types of tic-related disorders. 2. History of allergy to the traditional Chinese medicine or conventional Western medicine used in this study. 3. Received other treatments targeting tic disorders within the past month. 4. Accompanied by severe psychological issues, such as major depression or anxiety disorders. 5. Presence of intellectual disabilities, language disorders, or other conditions that prevent cooperation in scale assessments and treatments. 6. Suffering from genetic metabolic diseases, such as phenylketonuria or hepatolenticular degeneration. 7. Currently participating in other drug clinical trials or interventional studies.
