Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18-30, unmarried, right-handed, with regular menstrual cycles (28±7 days), with a disease duration of 6 months to 15 years, who have not taken any medications or used other methods to treat dysmenorrhea in the past month, and patients with normal mental status, cooperative behavior, clear speech, and the ability to accurately describe the sensations of moxibustion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with menstrual disorders, for whom the treatment duration cannot be predicted; those with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems, or patients with mental illness; and those, as judged by the investigators, with other conditions that may reduce the likelihood of enrollment or complicate the enrollment process, such as frequent changes in work environment, unstable living conditions, etc., which may lead to loss to follow-up.
