Acupuncture group:Treatment with quetiapine, with a dosage range of 25-300 mg/day.
Experimental Group:Based on the control group, additionally administered the "Tongyang Xingshen" needling method.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-65 years old, Han ethnicity; 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar II disorder according to DSM-5, currently in a depressive episode, with HAMD-17 score =17 and YMRS score <6; 3) Signed informed consent; 4) Chinese medicine diagnosis is liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other Axis I diagnoses according to DSM-5; 2. High suicide risk (HAMD suicide item =3 points or investigator's judgment); 3. Severe somatic diseases or neurological disorders; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Receipt of psychiatric medications or physical treatments within the past 4 weeks prior to enrollment.
