Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the CID diagnostic criteria in the *International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd edition (ICSD-3)*; 2) Age = 60 years; 3) No experience with mind-body exercises such as Tai Chi, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Qigong, or yoga in the past 6 months; 4) For regular users of sleep medications, they must discontinue use at least 2 weeks prior to participating in the study or agree to maintain the same dosage and frequency of sleep aids throughout the study period.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined tumors, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematological system diseases; 2. Patients with language, visual, or auditory impairments, which may lead to errors during quantitative cognitive function assessment; 3. Patients with a history of severe mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, or schizophrenia, or those with active suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors; 4. Patients with cognitive impairments (Montreal Cognitive Assessment score <22) or a history of conditions affecting cognitive function: various types of stroke, brain trauma, severe brain atrophy, or mental abnormalities; 5. Patients with other sleep disorders, such as sleep-related breathing disorders, parasomnias, sleep-related movement disorders, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, or central hypersomnia; 6. Patients with implanted devices such as pacemakers, drug pumps, intracranial implants (e.g., aneurysm clips, shunts, stimulators, cochlear implants, or electrodes), or any other metal objects inside or near the head; 7. Patients with severe physical conditions that prevent participation in physical exercise; 8. Patients currently undergoing other treatments or participating in other clinical trials.
