Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Diagnosed with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (AECOPD), in accordance with the Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in China (2023 Revision). b. Diagnosed with Phlegm-Heat Obstructing the Lung Syndrome of COPD, in accordance with the Clinical Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medicine: Syndromes and the 2020 International Clinical Practice Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine. c. Age > 18 years. d. Inpatients. e. Volunteered to participate and signed the Informed Consent Form (ICF).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. History of allergy to the study drug(s). b. History of comorbid active liver disease. c. Receiving dialysis or known to have moderate-to-severe renal impairment. d. Suspected or confirmed concurrent active systemic infection. e. Comorbid with host immune dysfunction, immunocompromised status, or undergoing immune reconstitution.
