Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Know your diagnosis of colon cancer, have the ability to give informed consent, and have signed a written informed consent; if for objective reasons (such as cognitive impairment) need to be signed by the agent, the agent must be fully aware of the patient's condition and research information, and have the legal authority; 2. Patients aged 18-80 years, regardless of gender, were eligible for additional assessment of cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, and renal function, with an ECOG score of 0-1, and a predicted survival of =3 months 3. The diagnosis of colon cancer by histopathology or cytology; 4. On an ECOG scale of 0-1(with little or no restriction to daily activities, or only slight restriction to free walking) ; 5. Expected survival =3 months; 6. can complete the tumor tissue or peripheral blood samples collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver impairment: Alt (Alanine transaminase) or AST (aspartate transaminase) > 3 times the upper limit of normal; 2. Renal insufficiency: serum creatinine > 177 µmol/l; 3. History of myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable angina, or current SBP > 160 mm Hg, DBP > 100 mm Hg and uncontrolled; 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Patients who do not know their own diagnosis of colon cancer, or can not independently know their condition due to mental illness, severe cognitive impairment, etc. , and have no legal representative; 6. Patients with mental illness who are unable to cooperate in the collection of tissue and blood samples and the research process; 7. Patients who did not sign written informed consent; 8. Severe infections, Coagulopathy, and other conditions that the researchers considered unsuitable for inclusion; 9. Participated in other anti-tumor related clinical research in recent 3 months.
