AB Group:Intervention A is administered in period 1, followed by intervention B in period 2 after a 1-week washout period.
BA Group:Intervention B is administered in period 1, followed by intervention A in period 2 after a 1-week washout period.

18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18–60 years; 2) In good general health; 3) No skin lesions or damage at the acupuncture sites; 4) No use of analgesic medications within the past 3 months; 5) Good compliance, willingness to participate in the study, and provision of written informed consent. Note: Only volunteers who meet all five of the above criteria will be eligible for inclusion in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with an aversion to or intolerance of acupuncture; 2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3) Individuals with a history of alcohol abuse or substance abuse. Note: Volunteers who meet any one of the above criteria will be excluded from the study.
