Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The HIV antibody test result was confirmed positive by the laboratory of the Wanzhou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Chongqing, meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIDS; the individual has already received the standard antiviral basic treatment regimen, Antiretroviral Therapy (ART), and the condition is relatively stable; urine renal function tests (10 items) or urinalysis results indicate positive urine protein and 3 mg/mmol < urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio (ACR) < 30 mg/mmol; serum creatinine (SCr) is within the normal range, and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is = 60 mL/(min·1.73 m²); age is between 18 to 80 years old; willing to receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment and has signed the informed consent form; able to adhere to the treatment and accept evaluation tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe respiratory, circulatory, digestive, hematological, urinary, endocrine, or nervous system diseases; those with relatively stable conditions but complicated by diabetes or hepatitis; those with a clear medical history, including various primary, secondary, or hereditary kidney diseases such as chronic nephritis syndrome, IgA nephropathy, lupus nephritis, allergic purpura nephritis, or thin basement membrane nephropathy; individuals with severe mental disorders; pregnant or breastfeeding women; individuals with allergic constitutions or allergies to medications related to kidney function; and participants in another clinical trial.
