Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for influenza virus infection, without age, gender, or racial restrictions; 2. According to the influenza diagnosis and treatment plan (2025 version), the patients are classified as light and medium. 3. The time from onset to admission is less than 72 hours; 4. No antiviral or traditional Chinese medicine treatment was given outside the hospital; 5. Patient informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concomitant pulmonary tuberculosis or bacterial pneumonia; 2. Patients with concomitant congenital heart disease; 3. Patients with combined autoimmune diseases; 4. Patients assessed by researchers or doctors as having severe pneumonia; 5. Those who are allergic to drugs;
