Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD western medicine; 2) Meet the standards of COPD traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation; 3) Age 30 to 80 years old (without major diseases), gender is not limited; 4) Conscious, stable vital signs, able to cooperate with the therapist; 5) Have not participated in other drug clinical studies and voluntarily accepted the drug treatment within 1 month, approved by the ethics committee, and signed the patient's informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are breastfeeding or pregnant. 2) Patients with severe illness, complicated with disturbance of consciousness, acute stroke, acute heart failure, shock, abnormal thyroid function, rheumatic diseases, and severe infections; 3) Patients who are allergic to the drugs studied in this study; 4) At the same time suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and serious respiratory diseases (such as asthma, tuberculosis, lung cancer, severe bronchiectasis, severe pneumonia, airway foreign bodies, spontaneous pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism, acute left or right heart failure and other asthmatic diseases); 5) Those who are allergic to the oral traditional Chinese medicine used, or have serious liver and kidney damage, and are not suitable for oral traditional Chinese medicine patients; Participants who are participating in other trials related or unrelated to this study. Patients who are allergic to the Chinese herbal medicines used in this study. Have a history of alcohol or other drug or drug abuse.
