Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine. (2) Age between 18 and 70 years. (3) Single thyroid nodule with a diameter >5 mm and =40 mm; if multiple nodules, the largest nodule must have a diameter =40 mm. The nodule must be classified as TI-RADS 4 or below and must not have lymph node metastasis. (4) Candidates for microwave ablation therapy; those concerned about possible malignancy and requesting microwave ablation treatment. (5) Currently not undergoing other treatments related to this condition. (6) Informed consent, voluntary participation, and willingness to undergo regular follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other thyroid diseases those with a clear tendency of malignancy in thyroid nodules accompanied by severe infections infectious diseases malignant tumors or serious diseases of the heart brain liver kidneys etc. or genetic diseases. (2) Patients in the preconception period during pregnancy or in the lactation period. (3) Those allergic to ultrasound contrast agents or traditional Chinese medicine.
