Medicinal bath group:Whole body Tibetan medicine bath 7 times
Medicinal bath ear acupoint group:Combining ear acupressure with medicated bath treatment
Administer 7 full body Tibetan medicine baths and apply ear acupressure 4 times. Apply on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th day of treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Complies with the diagnosis of Tibetan medicine induced insomnia; 2) Patients who complain of poor sleep quality; 3) Exclude insomnia caused by other diseases; 4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score 11-21, Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) score 8-28; 5) No mental, cognitive, intellectual, or audiovisual impairments, able to communicate normally; 6) Patients who have signed informed consent forms and fully participated in the study; 7) Patients aged 18-65 with chronic insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who are not suitable for the methods used in this study or are allergic to the relevant drugs; 2) Patients with severe organic lesions and cardiac dysfunction; 3) Patients who have taken sedatives and sleeping pills in the two weeks prior to enrollment or who have suffered significant psychological trauma in the two weeks prior to enrollment; 4) Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness; 5) Patients who withdraw from the study midway or undergo physician evaluation and switch to other treatment methods; 6) Accompanied by skin diseases or skin injuries; 7) Pregnant or lactating women.
