Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I (1) Patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD); (2) Able to read or hear and understand the questionnaire content, possessing oral or written communication skills; (3) Informed consent obtained from patients and their families for this study; (4) No recent questionnaire completion. Part II (1) CKD patients with DT score =5; (2) Ability to read or understand and comprehend the questionnaire content, with oral or written communication skills; (3) Informed consent from the patient and their family members for this study; (4) No recent questionnaire completion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, liver, brain and other diseases; (2) Those who have recently undergone surgery; (3) Patients with a previous diagnosis of mental illness; (4) Patients with unconsciousness, cognitive dysfunction, or severe audio-visual impairment; (5) Those with incomplete clinical data; (6) Those who do not cooperate with the survey or cannot answer the questionnaire completely
