Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 2) Aged 40 to 80 years old, both genders are eligible; 3) The patient himself/herself must sign the informed consent form for the study, or it may be signed by his/her immediate family member on his/her behalf; 4) Have a correct understanding of the research purpose and good compliance with the researchers' tests. Note: Only patients who meet all the above four criteria can be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Aged under 40 years old or over 80 years old; 2)Complicated with sprain, contusion or other traumatic injuries; 3)Lower limb pain, deformity or other factors affecting normal walking ability; 4)Complicated with other osteoarthropathy such as knee joint tuberculosis, tumor, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.; 5)Patients with severe diabetes mellitus, hepatorenal dysfunction, cardiovascular diseases, immunodeficiency or hematopathy; 6)Those who are participating in other clinical trials. Note: Patients who meet any one of the above criteria shall be excluded.
