Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for nonspecific neck pain; (2) Aged 18-65 years, no gender restriction; (3) Informed and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of neurological compression symptoms and signs; (2) History of neck trauma or surgery; (3) Obvious spinal cord lesions or congenital cervical spondylosis; (4) History of neck tumors or cervical tuberculosis; (5) Rheumatic diseases or immune system disorders; (6) Women preparing for pregnancy or who are pregnant; (7) Severe liver, kidney, brain, or lung diseases, or psychiatric/behavioral disorders preventing cooperation with treatment; (8) Medication treatment within the past month.
