Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, children diagnosed with tic disorders; (2) According to the Gastrointestinal Heat Retention Syndrome Self Rating Diagnosis and Evaluation Scale, children diagnosed with Gastrointestinal Heat Retention Syndrome with a score = 12; (3) Children aged 3-14 years old; (4) The patient and legal guardian sign an informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study. Note: Patients who meet all four criteria above are eligible for inclusion in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Difficult to treat TD in children: For children with severe TS, if classic anti TD drugs (such as sulpiride, haloperidol, aripiprazole, etc.) have been used for more than 1 year without satisfactory therapeutic effect, it belongs to difficult to treat TD; (2) Tourette's syndrome is caused by certain medications, substances, or other medical events in children (3) Children with major illnesses such as congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, heart failure, primary or secondary immunodeficiency diseases, severe anemia, coagulation disorders, leukemia, malignant tumors, etc; (4) Children with severe genetic disorders such as phenylketonuria, Down syndrome, neurofibromatosis, long QT syndrome, sickle cell anemia, etc; (5) For children with a known history of severe allergic reactions to drugs or their components such as Xiaojixifeng Formula, Thiamethasone, and Clonidine (6) Children who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
