Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age >18 years old. (2) Shoulder joint pain and limited mobility symptoms persist for at least one month. (3) Ultrasound or X-ray films show calcific tendinitis of the rotator cuff. (4) It belongs to grade 1 or grade 2 of the Neer classification. (5) Physical examination reveals obvious shoulder joint pain and limited movement. (6) The patient has good compliance and is able to cooperate with the treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with full-thickness rotator cuff tear. 2. Combined with severe cervical radiculopathy, periarthritis of the shoulder, glenohumeral or acromioclavicular osteoarthritis. 3. Combined with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or coagulation disorders. 4. Combined with psychiatric disorders. 5. Pregnant women.
