Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between 30 and 60 years old; 2. There are symptoms of precordial discomfort (including chest pain, chest tightness, palpitation, shortness of breath, etc.), abnormal ECG results, and two or more risk factors for coronary heart disease (hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, smoking, obesity). 3. No previous coronary heart disease related examination was performed, regardless of gender. 4. Volunteer to participate in this study, and cooperate with doctors in the research process. 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients under 30 years old and over 60 years old. 2. Patients with coronary heart disease, acute coronary syndrome, severe cardiac function or renal insufficiency were definitely diagnosed in the past. 3. Severe bleeding and infectious diseases, patients with severe end-stage disease. 4. Diseases causing hand deformation, skin lesions and abnormal color, such as rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, vitiligo, etc. 5. Pregnant or lactating women, patients with mental illness. 6. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
