Interventions

routine treatment group:After glasses fitting and occlusion intervention, combined red flash stimulation and grating therapy is administered for the amblyopic eye.
acupuncture treatment group:On the basis of conventional treatment, acupuncture therapy with the "Tiaoqi Tongjing" acupoint prescription is administered.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 6 and 12 years old gender not limited right-handed normal hearing; (2) Uniocular amblyopia children who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria of AA; (3) Children with anisometropic amblyopia (AA) in the AC group had not received acupuncture or any other treatments in the past 3 months, and showed no excessive reactions to the acupuncture pilot test.; (5) Those who have obtained informed consent from their guardians and are able to complete treatment according to medical advice and cooperate in completing relevant indicator assessments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who currently have or have a history of glaucoma optic neuritis or other eye diseases;(2) Those who receive other therapies (including any drug therapy or other external treatments) that may affect the efficacy of this project during their participation in this project;(3) Children with amblyopia who currently have or have a history of mental illness brain trauma or severe systemic diseases; (4) Children with amblyopia who have cognitive difficulties poor comprehension abilities and cannot cooperate with the staff to complete this project;
