Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; 2)Has a history of Parkinson's disease for 5 years or more; 3)Is in Hoehn-Yahr stages 1-4; 4)Can walk for more than 6 minutes without using equipment; 5)Ages between 25 and 80; 6)Has a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of =24.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Parkinson's syndrome due to various causes such as cerebrovascular disease and poisoning, progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy, Lewy body dementia, and corticobasal degeneration; 2) Those with significant major diseases, including severe liver or kidney failure, blood disorders, tumors, endocrine diseases, or chronic pain; 3) A history of other neurological disorders (such as stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis) or psychiatric conditions (like severe depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder); 4) Currently pregnant; 5) History of heart pacemaker implantation or surgery involving implanted devices (arteriovenous malformation clips or brain or spinal cord electrodes).
