Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 45–55 years with symptoms and signs meeting the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause as defined in *Obstetrics and Gynecology* (9th Edition). 2. Stable vital signs and normal communication ability. 3. Female patients with sleep disorders (sleep scale score = 8). 4. Willing to provide informed consent and able to cooperate with the study by completing data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac pulmonary hepatic or renal dysfunction. 2. Patients who have undergone estrogen replacement therapy within the past 3 months. 3. Patients with a history of gynecological surgery or incomplete ovaries uterus or adnexa. 4. Patients whose sleep is significantly affected by environmental factors. 5.
