Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Bells palsy must all meet the following items: 1.Meet the diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine for Bells palsy. 2.Unilateral peripheral facial paralysis with or without pain behind the ear hypogeusia in front of the tongue hyperacusis and abnormal tear or saliva secretion. 3.Exclude secondary causes such as: Guillain-Barré syndrome multiple sclerosis sarcoidosis Mobius syndrome diabetic peripheral neuropathy encephalitis (fungus virus bacteria) human immunodeficiency virus infection Lyme disease otitis media herpes zoster virus infection syphilis brainstem stroke facial nerve tumors skin tumors parotid gland tumors and facial nerve trauma etc. 4. Aged between 18-65 years old no gender limit. 5.Those who understand and sign the informed consent form voluntarily participate in this study. Healthy volunteers must meet the following requirements: 1. In good health with no history of Bells palsy. 2.Age between 18-65 years old no gender limit. 3.Those who understand and sign the informed consent form voluntarily participate in this study..

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Bells palsy who have any of the following conditions must be excluded: 1.Pregnant or lactating women or patients with major systemic diseases or psychological or mental disorders. 2.Are participating in other clinical trials. 3.There are related dermatological diseases that affect the exploration and observation of heat-sensitized acupoints in this study. 4.Those with language communication barriers. Those that meet one of the above criteria will be excluded. Healthy volunteers must be excluded if they have any of the following conditions: 1.Pregnant or lactating women or patients with major systemic diseases or psychological or mental disorders. 2.Are participating in other clinical trials. 3.There are related dermatological diseases that affect the exploration and observation of heat-sensitized acupoints in this study. 4.Those with language communication barriers.
