intervention group:Starting from the fourth stage of labor perform two sessions of drainage therapy per day for 20 minutes each time until discharge.
control group:Mothers start receiving routine perineal care from the fourth stage of labor including local cleaning and maintaining dryness.

18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Single pregnancy full-term vaginal delivery (2) Age between 18-40 years old (3) Pre pregnancy BMI 18.5~23.9 (4) BMI18.5~27.9 before delivery (5) Clear consciousness fluent language expression and no comprehension barriers (6) Sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious complications (such as postpartum hemorrhage severe infection etc.) (2) Patients with ulcers or deep wounds (3) There are other systemic diseases that affect healing such as immune system disorders and allergic constitution (4) Fetal weight = 4000 grams
