Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 12 years old, with sufficient cognitive ability and willingness to cooperate. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in DSM-5 or ICD-11, and the condition is relatively stable (without acute attacks). 3. Voluntarily participate in this survey and obtain informed consent; Minor patients obtain informed consent from their guardians. 4. The control group consists of healthy individuals who match the patient group in terms of age, gender, and have no history of mental illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are unable to communicate in language or have limited mobility; 2. Patients with serious or chronic diseases such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, and hematological disorders, as well as other mental illnesses; 3. Current or past 6 months of alcohol, drug or substance abuse; 4. Diagnosed with depression, but diagnosed by a psychiatrist after drug treatment and reduced to below the diagnostic criteria for depression. 5. The collection of tongue, face, or eye movement information is not accepted.
