Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Hemodialysis treatment duration > 3 months; 2.Regular hemodialysis, that is, hemodialysis = 3 times per week, each time for 4 hours; 3.Age between 18 and 70 years old; 4. Presence of varying degrees of gastrointestinal symptoms; 5. Good compliance, willing to complete relevant examinations and treatments; 6.Informed of this study and signed the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.With malignant tumors; 2.With a history of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal surgery, and diseases of the endocrine, immune, nervous, and hematological systems; 3.With ulcers, eczema, or other conditions on both earlobes that make gua sha unsuitable; 4.With habitual diarrhea; 5.With a history of drug or alcohol dependence within the last six months.
