60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet diagnostic criteria for elderly sarcopenia; (2) Age =60 and =80 years, gender unrestricted; (3) No contraindications for Tuina; (4) Possess normal communication and cognitive abilities; (5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from diabetes, heart disease, liver/kidney dysfunction, immune system diseases, infectious diseases, or in acute phase of chronic diseases; (2) Lacking independent mobility; (3) Implanted electronic devices or metal in body; (4) Received any sarcopenia-related treatment within 3 months prior to study; (5) Participating in other clinical trials.
