Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 45 - 80 years old. Both male and female are eligible. 2) According to the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition), the clinical diagnosis confirms primary Parkinson's disease; and according to the diagnostic criteria for Rome IV of functional gastrointestinal disorders, the clinical diagnosis confirms functional constipation. 3) Hoehn-Yahr grading is 1 - 3. 4) Have continuously received anti-Parkinson's disease medication for half a year, and have received a stable dose of anti-Parkinson's disease medication for at least 2 months. 5) Within 1 month before treatment, no drugs that may affect the intestines were used, including probiotics. 6) Can understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presenting with severe cognitive impairment and hallucinations, and unable to cooperate with scale evaluations. 2) Those who participated in other clinical trials (such as drug trials or acupuncture trials) within one month prior to being included in this study. 3) Clearly having severe other systemic diseases, such as organic lesions of the digestive system (such as intestinal adhesions, intestinal obstruction, tumors or malformations in the gastrointestinal tract), immune system diseases, endocrine system diseases (such as pheochromocytoma, hyperthyroidism), respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction. 4) Patients who have previously received or plan to receive deep brain stimulation therapy during the study period. 5) Pregnant women, those planning to become pregnant, or those currently breastfeeding. 6) Those who have a history of substance abuse (such as alcohol, drugs, caffeine) in the past six months. 7) Those with a clear history of mental illness or presenting with psychotic symptoms. 8) Those who are afraid of acupuncture.
