Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of FS was made in accordance with the criteria specified in the 5th edition of Rehabilitation Medicine, a national planning textbook for the "12th Five-Year Plan" issued by the National Health and Family Planning Commission. The inclusion criteria were as follows: patients aged around 50 years (ranging from 40 to 70 years); no specific treatment administered to the affected shoulder within one month prior to enrollment; no severe systemic diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular or renal disorders; no coagulation system disorders; no cardiac pacemaker implantation history. All participants signed an informed consent form and were able to actively cooperate with the treatment and follow-up observations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental disorders; patients with shoulder pain caused by comorbidities or other diseases; patients who have received anticoagulant therapy within 4 weeks; patients with untreated cardio-cerebrovascular diseases who cannot tolerate stimulation therapy; patients who develop severe adverse reactions such as local skin damage during treatment.
