Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) According to the "Evidence based Practice Guidelines for Traditional Chinese Medicine" issued by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine in April 2024, the diagnosis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy requires clinical symptoms, signs, and auxiliary examination results to be mutually consistent in order to be established. 2) 18-65 years old. 3) In the past month, he has not received any relevant treatment (Chinese massage, bone setting, acupuncture and moxibustion, cupping, scraping, cervical traction, infrared radiation, ultrashort wave, electrical stimulation and other physical therapy and systematic rehabilitation training). 4) Ability to read and write Mandarin 5) Ability to cooperate with treatment and follow-up, and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Severe cervical spondylotic myelopathy, intervertebral disc herniation with significant spinal cord compression. 2) History of cervical spine surgery or other major illnesses (such as tumors, fractures). 3) A doctor diagnosed a history of mental illness. 4) Participants have limited upper limb rotation and extension, as well as lower limb rotation and bending/stretching activities. 5) Pregnant or lactating women.
