Large Intestinal Adenoma

Interventions

Astragalus and Mume Tumor-Removing Formula Group:Post-operation, the patient was administered the Yi Mei decoction for tumor removal, 1 dose per day, for a 3-month course.
Placebo control group:Postoperatively, administer the Astragalus and Prunus tumor-eliminating formula simulator at 1 dose per day for a 3-month course.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conform to the diagnostic criteria for colorectal adenoma and TCM differentiation standards; gender, age between 30 and 75 years; subjects have provided informed consent and signed relevant documents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not meet the above disease diagnostic criteria; patients diagnosed with familial adenomatous polyposis or Peutz-Jeghers syndrome; patients with adenomatous tissue showing carcinogenesis and/or severe atypical hyperplasia as confirmed by pathological examination; patients with a bowel preparation cleanliness grade of Class D during colonoscopy; patients with other severe primary diseases, organ dysfunction, mental disorders, pregnancy or planned pregnancy, lactation, allergic constitutions, or allergies to multiple medications; patients currently participating in other clinical studies; and patients currently taking or requiring to take medications during the study that may affect the efficacy assessment of the investigational drug: metformin, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen, diclofenac, etc.), cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors (e.g., celecoxib, etc.), calcium supplements, and other traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, etc.
