Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2)Male or female, aged =50 years; (3) Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-III; (4) Persistent or activity-related joint pain for =3 months; (5) Baseline average VAS score =4 points; (6) Voluntarily agree to participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have secondary KOA, such as post-traumatic arthritis, infectious arthritis of the knee, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, knee joint tumors (primary or metastatic), or other related conditions; (2) Have undergone knee surgery; (3) Have severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, head trauma, or malignant tumors, or mental disorders affecting brain function, treatment efficacy assessment, or the ability to cooperate with treatment evaluation; (4) Have allergic constitutions or other severe systemic diseases, such as blood disorders, diabetes, skin diseases, or other related conditions; (5) Are allergic to celecoxib; (6) Have used medications or treatments related to the disease within the past month; (7) Have local skin damage or infection from acupuncture, or are unable to accurately locate acupuncture points due to limb defects; (8) Have bleeding tendencies or hereditary bleeding disorders.
