Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-time oncology nurses actively involved in direct patient care, Age = 18 years, Holding a recognized nursing degree, Possessing a valid Registered Nursing card, Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior participation in mindfulness-based intervention, Diagnosed psychological illness or current psychiatric treatment, Absence from work for more than one month during the study period, Interns, trainees, or staff not affiliated with the oncology department
