Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The diagnosis of gastric cancer was confirmed by pathological biopsy; 2) Those who underwent laparoscopic surgery; 3) All surgeries were performed under general anesthesia, with the anesthesia ASA grade ranging from I to III; 4) Age ranged from 18 to 80 years old; 5) There was no abnormal coagulation function before the surgery; 6) Those who had negative deep vein thrombosis detected by color Doppler ultrasound of blood vessels before the surgery; 7) No severe underlying diseases or organ dysfunction in the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.; 8) Those who could cooperate in collecting clinical data and had clear consciousness, voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with distant metastasis and multiple organ resection; 2) Those with concurrent malignant tumors in other parts; 3) Those who underwent emergency surgery due to complications (such as perforation or/and bleeding); 4) Those with recent active bleeding; 5) Those who are using anticoagulant drugs due to other diseases; 6) Those with a history of lower extremity venous surgery or peripheral vascular thrombosis; 7) Those with hematological-related diseases and coagulation dysfunction; 8) Those who are uncooperative in treatment or have poor compliance; 9) Those with red, damaged or infected skin at the acupuncture points; 10) Those with critical conditions and unable to undergo intervention.
