Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke as outlined in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023" published by the Chinese Medical Association's Neurology Branch 2) Stroke onset within the past 6 months; 3) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score of 4–20 points; 4) Age: 18–80 years old; 5) Informed consent signed by the patient or their legal representative, with willingness to comply throughout the entire study process.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) CT or MRI imaging reveals hemorrhagic stroke, such as hemorrhagic stroke, subdural hematoma, intracranial hematoma, or intraventricular hemorrhage; 2) Stroke caused by brain tumors, severe traumatic brain injury, or hematologic disorders (e.g., coagulation abnormalities); 3) Transient ischemic attack (TIA), i.e., stroke without evidence of persistent neurological deficit; 4) Coma or loss of consciousness with NIHSS category 1a score > 1 point; 5) Severe cognitive impairment, advanced Parkinson's disease, or psychiatric disorders affecting patient compliance or intervention efficacy assessment; 6) Concurrent severe systemic diseases, such as uncontrolled hypertension (systolic =200 mmHg or diastolic =110 mmHg), unstable cardiac conditions (e.g., recent myocardial infarction, heart failure), compromising patient survival or treatment safety in this study; 7) Any other condition deemed by the investigator to make the patient unsuitable for study participation, such as severe needle phobia rendering the patient intolerant, pregnancy, planned pregnancy, breastfeeding, or other factors potentially affecting study outcomes.
